1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. We will process the cancellation and issue a confirmation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once you receive the order (see our Refund Policy for return eligibility).
2. Order Cancellation by Raafiaura:
- Raafiaura reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, there are pricing errors, or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, customers will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Timing of Refunds on Cancellations:
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation confirmation. The time taken for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refund Policy
At Raafiaura, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for orders that meet our return conditions. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, along with the purchase invoice.
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain products (e.g., opened skincare items) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return and Refund Process:
- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Standard Returns: For other returns, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Fees:
- Raafiaura will cover all return shipping costs. Customers will not be charged any additional shipping fees for returns, even for cases of standard returns.
4. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank’s processing times.
5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
- Products on sale, promotional items, or items purchased with a discount may not be eligible for a refund, unless defective or damaged.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For an exchange, please follow the return and refund process, then place a new order for the desired product.
