At Raafiaura, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, estimated shipping times, and related terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods &Delivery Time
Raafiaura partners with trusted courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government regulations. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Not Available for now
Flat Rate Shipping: ₹100 for all deliveries.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Raafiaura cancels the order or the product arrives damaged/defective.
4. International Shipping
At this time, Raafiaura does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@raafiaura.com for further assistance.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can track your order by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
6. Address Delivery Issues
Accurate Address: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house number, street name, city, and postal code.
Failed Deliveries: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, or logistical issues).
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please: Take clear photos of the package and damaged product. Contact us at info@raafiaura.com or 9818408009 within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy. Lost or Missing Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please: Check with neighbors, security, or building reception. Contact the courier service using your tracking number. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
8. Cancellation
Changes Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, cancellation may not be possible. After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the order (see Refund Policy for eligibility).
